I Give In...

(courtesy Dylan Weidner)

OK, I give in. I was trying to wait until both the weddings were over to present the pictures of my son's and thier beautiful brides, but today I am exhausted and just chillin here so it seems to be the day to give you a glimpse into one of the most beautiful days of my life. September 3rd, the day our oldest son, James Micheal Murray married his "pretty girl", Jeannie Alyce.

In this pic you can see Mike and his groomsmen...the Best man is his younger brother, Jay. He is now just 5 days from his own wedding. That's Jeannie's Mom in the blue on the left and you can see Jim and I on the other side. We were on the edge of our seats.

Here's the bride waiting to make her entrance. She was sooo ready!

Jeannie was breathtaking. Mike was too...if I may say so. I was holding myself together very nicely until Mike took out a piece of yellow legal pad (haha, it was cute) and read his declaration of love. He choked up and then I was a goner. After that, Jeannie read her declaration of love and it was so beautiful.

This picture captures it all! The relief, the happiness, the excitement, the joy!! It's my favorite shot...of all the pictures even the wedding photographer didn't get one this good! Thanks Dylan!

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Murray greeted their guests outside the Willow Valley Chapel before heading over to the Palm Court to celebrate!

This one is funny! Didn't want that $$$$ dress to drag on the ground! It took 2 people and 20 minutes to bustle that dress!!

This is a funny family shot. Jeannie and her Dad were having their dance. As soon as she left the sweetheart table, my Hubby and Jay joined Mike. I was sitting in the foreground.

Time for the Mother, Son dance. We danced to the song, "You'll Be In My Heart" from the Disney movie, Tarzan by Phil Collins. That's "our song".
Meanwhile at the sweetheart table...

...so cute!! Speaking of cute...

The Littles were Flower girls and they were perfect. I wish I had a pic of the them spreading the rose pedals. Perfection. Period. And I was so proud of them.

The Shoe Game. This is a really fun game where the bride and groom answer some funny questions.
"Who will be the first to say, 'I have a headache?' Haha! Very revealing!

The cake...

This is me and my Bestie Kim. Why are there are no pictures of my Hubby and me...? the photographer got one, but I can't post it yet.

Well, there you have it. A lovely love story and we are thrilled with how the day turned out. God has been so good and has blessed us far beyond all that we could ever dream. We are praising Him and thanking Him from the bottom of our hearts.
Thanks for your prayers and love!

Now we count down to Jay and Alex's wedding day. We have been busy planting, mulching and mowing. This Thursday the tent arrives and we'll put the final touches on it all. Check back for pics!!
